Shipping Policy

SewingTool offers free standard shipping on orders delivered to the United States and Canada. Shipping charges, if applicable to a future service or destination, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States and Canada. Please provide a complete and accurate street address, apartment number where needed, and a contact email for order updates.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing begins after the order is received and any necessary payment or order checks are completed.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, estimated transit is 4-5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, customs checks or an incomplete address can affect arrival.

Tracking your parcel

Tracking details are supplied when available after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to show the first scan. If the tracking information is not updating or the estimated delivery time has passed, contact us with your order number.

Address changes and delivery problems

If your address is incorrect, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, appears incomplete or has not arrived, keep the packaging where possible and contact our team so we can investigate.

Before placing an order, review the product name, option, image and listed price. The compact machine is shown with sewing accessories for everyday making and mending.
