If you need to return or exchange Portable 12-Stitch Sewing Machine, contact SewingTool within 30 business days after delivery to request assistance.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number, the name of the product and selected option, and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, include photographs where possible so we can review the issue.
